The company was founded in August 2008 with the vision to provide a complete end-to-end e-commerce platform to the Asia industry by easily setting up online-businesses and trading in the global marketplace. In a short span of three months, we have obtained the MSC status from Malaysia Government in early January 2009 in recognition for our innovative research and development efforts in e-Commerce era. In April 2009, when Platform2u.com was just five months old, we are proud to launch our brainchild, SMilDS, the fourth generation e-commerce solution to the public. Being young and energetic, SMilDS was well received and we were pleased that in a glimpse; our community grew to several hundred merchants and still growing in Malaysia, Hong Kong our new entry to Guangzhou, China.

We went on to achieve another milestone in early June 2011, where a GroupBuy social commerce platform; NiwoGroupBuy.com was introduced. NiwoGroupBuy, features the best deals for concert tickets, spas, restaurants, gyms and many more in Malaysia and is dedicated to bring great and trustworthy deals to be enjoyed not only to our customers but also to our merchants. We go to great extend in ensuring our customers and merchants, both enjoy great value from this platform. With great offers being given by our Merchants and blasted out via NiwoGroupBuy platform, these information will pass on through Word of Mouth and Social Media Tools, thus creating new growth of potential customers for our Merchants.

February	Platform2u.com signed MOU with EasyPha-Max to develop and provide entire e-commerce solution.
March	SMilDS.com soft-launch in Malaysia with 300 pre-subscribed Merchant account
